  • The Alchemy of Small Groups and Time

    Set over the course of three months, each session will offer space to explore this powerful modality with the opportunity to blend a custom essence and work with it throughout the upcoming month.

    The cohort will meet and discuss their experiences with their essences and have the opportunity to work through layers of patterns, ruts and blockages, changing the essence blend each month as needed to unravel whatever knots may appear.

    The vision is to alchemize the productive vulnerability that small groups can cultivate with the energetic potency of vibrational remedies, all the while adding that magic ingredient ~ Time.

  • Support the Shift

    Flower essences are some of my absolute favorite modalities! In my opinion, they are the pinnacle of Plant and Planetary relationship - cosmic energies combined with Plant Beings to create remedies for what’s haunting us.

    Flower essences support The Shifting - creating ease and engagement within our Being so that we don’t become stuck, trapped in any one emotional, energetic or mental state. I like to say that they don’t stop challenging or painful circumstances or emotions, but they do help us to keep our hands on the wheel so we can navigate through them!

    Unlike herbal remedies, which contain active biochemical components, flower essences can be a powerful way to work with Plant Folks who may not be safe or accessible for us because of the medications we take, or during pregnancy and postpartum. They are generally considered to be safe for children and our elders

  • The Details

    This is an in-person, unrecorded experience at The Haven in Manchester, Maine.

    The next cohort will meet on Sundays, April 13th, May 11th and June 15th from 3pm-5pm.

    The cohort has space for 5 willing and weird humans. Curiosity is the only requirement; no need for prior experience with herbs, astrology or flower essence.

    Snacks and tea will be provided.
