Whether we seek to support the overall health and nourishment of our nervous systems or address specific dis-ease such as anxiety and stress, our allies in the plant community offer us so much compassionate aid. This workshop focuses on tending to our nervous system with herbs and flower essences. We will explore the ways in which our bodies can help indicate which herbs to work with, and how to differentiate between the energetics of various symptom patterns.
We will also spend time discussing some practical formulations and make space for a Q&A period. Each participant will receive a handout with notes, recipes, and monographs.
