"Beware those who bleed and do not die..." they say, and regardless of the relationship you have with your own bleeding and that of those you care for and live among, this workshop will prove to be empowering and encouraging.

Join us as we explore the many ways we can support and engage with the hormonal phases of our bodies, the herbal allies we can turn to for help and ease, and some practices that allow us to embody the processes more fully.

This unique workshop is offered with compassion and humor for menstruating humans and the folk that love them.

Attendees will receive a booklet of notes, recipes and techniques.

This workshop is being hosted by Merkaba Sol in downtown Augusta, ME.
